Surprisingly, even with two years of disruption, the Christmas Party remains supreme as the No. 1 Non-Financial Benefit for the third year in a row!

#2: Remote Working
Remote Working is at an all time high with over 74% of companies offering this benefit. It is clear that although the pandemic is coming to an end, Remote Working is going nowhere.

#3: Flexible Working
Moving into the top 3 non - financial benefits, Flexible Working is a top benefit for companies to offer their employees. Although Remote working has become the new norm since the pandemic, Flexible working remains a major perk still offered by companies.

#4: Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Programs are becoming a priority for companies to offer staff, with this benefit being the first time this perk has made it into the top 10 non - financial benefits. It is not surprising that companies are working on looking after their employees after two trying years of the pandemic.
