From Allgo's annual HR Trends Report, here are the Remote Working Trends for 2023 as reported by a 250 HR Leaders.

Remote Vs Hybrid Working
In this year's survey, we decided to do a special look into remote working, and see what trends have emerged since the pandemic made this a hot topic. 80% of companies are either fully remote or are operating a hybrid model in 2023.

Of the 80% of companies working on a remote and hybrid system, 10% are fully remote. 26% allow 2 days remote working per week, and 19% allow 3 days remote per week. However, a sizeable 31% of employee's remote working policy is based on the employee's role or department.

With 20% of companies having employees 100% on site, it seems remote working has not fully taken over the workforce.

Remote Working Breakdown
It is clear after the pandemic caused a shift to remote working that companies have not removed that policy yet.  Although there a lot of discussion in regards to moving back to the office, most companies are keeping their Remote Working Policy for this year, as only 31% of companies are planning to change their Remote Working Policy in 2023.

With 36% of Hybrid Working policies including 2-3 days remote working, it is clear there is more remote working than on site working. Will this make it a tougher challenge to try and get employees fully back on site?

Although there is a lot of talk of the Move Back to Office, most companies are keeping their Remote Working Policy for this year which could be a relief for some employees that are happy with their remote working set up.
